What we're looking for and what you'll get in return for joining our team.
Essential Requirements
You have 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, covering everything from product strategy and user research to polished UI and user flows. You can demonstrate how your design work drives measurable business impact. You work independently and thrive in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision. You communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, explaining design decisions in business terms. You master Figma and modern design tools, creating high-quality deliverables efficiently. You must be fluent in Finnish and located in Finland.
Bonus Points
You have experience designing SaaS products and understand the unique challenges of B2B software. You've worked in consulting or agency environments, managing multiple client relationships. You can write HTML/CSS and understand front-end development constraints and possibilities. You think like an entrepreneur and are excited about building and growing a company together.
